Tough Questions
Device Purchase and Deployment can be a tough process.
These are very hard questions to have to deal with for most small businesses; questions you don't have to struggle with alone and shouldn't! No one knows your company's bottom line better than you do, so make the most of the resources you have at your disposal right from the start. Take what you know and build on it. You know, or at least have recognized a need in your company; allow CISS to come along side and assist you with the planning, purchasing and deployment. Whether you're planning a small deployment for a short-term need, or you're looking at a company-wide upgrade of equipment. CISS can help make this process go smoothly, efficiently and painlessly allowing you to concentrate on your business.
Deployment Project Costs
One of the biggest road-blocks to most deployment projects is the labor costs involved for small businesses. If you're opening a new office, or upgrading your infrastructure in an existing office the labor costs alone can and sometimes do exceed the actual hardware purchase costs. CISS can help you with that as well. If you've got a major hardware deployment in the planning stages we can show you how signing up for a Managed Services Contract can greatly reduce and off-set those labor costs for hardware/infrastructure project deployments.
Under a Managed Services Contract (MSC) labor costs are no longer a factor. You pay a one-time setup fee and the first months contract fee, which is fixed for the term (one year), then the only other cost you have to concern yourself with is purchasing the hardware.
As a holder of an MSC you're not just a client but a partner with CISS. You don't pay an hourly rate for services; they're covered under the contract. In this scenario items covered under the contract would be the new server and the eight new workstations. The only time you'd pay any extra labor charges was if/or when you add more devices to your network. I.e. a new firewall, or workstation, or even a second server. And even then the hourly rate is discounted by as much as 30%! Then that newly added device is also covered under the MSC.
