Support Plans

Full Managed Services:

Full Managed Services support plan covers everything from the firewall to the server and everything in between. Everything on your network is covered for a flat rate monthly fee. The monthly fee is calculated based on the number of servers and workstations in your environment. When you sign up for a Managed Services Contract, the term of the contract is 1 year, there is an initial fee which covers a comprehensive network documentation and the first month's contract fee. Block Hours

Purchasing block hours is a cost effective alternative to a full Managed Services Contract. You buy the amount of hours you need for a particular project, or purchase the block of hours as a retainer for services. Block hours can be purchased in increments of 5 hours starting at 10 hours all the way to 100 hours, and we offer bonus hour percentages for each block purchased. So, the more hours you purchase the more bonus hours you receive.

Block Hours Purchase Restrictions and Information

  • Hours purchased are non-refundable
  • Hours do not expire
  • No Mileage fees (within a 50 mile radius)
  • Hours purchased apply only to the business purchasing the support hours and the network for which the support is needed.

Time and Materials

CISS also offers standard Time and Material services at a competative rate. You call us, we schedule a time to be there and perform the work.
